Swivel shackle for cable and loading pin attachments.

There are lots of instances where you do not want the rotation of a movement translated to the loading fixtures and this is where a swivel shackle comes in handy! 

Many cable movements can also benefit from having a swivel shackle between the handle and the cable, keeping the resistance force constant even when the handle rotates for more consistent reps. 

Even weighted chin ups and dips have a smoother feel to them when the movement of the weight underneath you isn't twisting your harness this way and that.
